Knowledge as a consequence from human instincts which dwelled within a state of mind and, indeed, it frequently follows the thinkers to fulfill their curiosity and hunger. One of the most phenomenal subject which still exist, until these days, and bring many merits into daily needs is management. Management is the study about the process of mankind to arrange numerous stuffs such as money, risk, decision and so on in daily activities. Hence, in this essay, the writer wants to examine the crucial of cross-curicular and to learn the effectiveness a field of study, management, which is essentially beneficial to the implications of its knowledge in real life.
Cross-curricular is the learning process that involves pattern of information or knowledge between different academic subjects (Bromley, 2017). This part of teaching and learning process are an integral parts to accros curriculum subjects. It is crucial for students to dig deeper on learning cross-curricular subjects due to it is highly likely to help them to identify an opportunity in the future which suitable to their interest. It also boost the students’ critical thinking and logical reasoning to face such certain issues that may appear in daily lives.
Management is the skills of managing something to be more structural as well as avoid the unwanted threats. In terms of its b etymology, management means the rule of collecting, leading, and governance. The capability to manage certain desks is not only needs a theoretical knowledge, but it also needs the implications of practical efforts. Management is not always linked to the economical aspects. Some experts may argue that if the management subject is frequently emphasized the human performance in managing specific objects such as people, firm, and money, whereas some believe that it is beyond all those aspects.
Every each aspects of life should be arranged as good as possible, so management skills has a pivotal role in daily activites at its finest. There are various things that can be revealed on learning management such as people or student can ease their desk job thorugh managing the flow of tasks to be done systemtically. Furthermore, people are able to plan and organizing many occasions as or set the schedule structurally. Yet the most conspicous merits that management taught to people is enforcing the people mind to be futuristics as its depicted to analyze the risk, planning, decision-making process, and so on. More specifically, people are able to use the analyze tools like SWOT analysis to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunites and threat.
By way of conculsion, it is apparent that cross-curricular appear to open up the pathways to people to get more benefits in the future. While learning management also can establish the mindset to think critically as well as alleviate the logical fallacy in thinking process. Hence, as people can see abundance of positive impact towards human lives whether learning cross-curricular or study the management subject, it must be stimulated to people mind to consider learning management is extremely beneficials.
